Kerala Tourism Woos Arab Market

The lush greenery of Kerala, its placid backwaters, breathtaking monsoon rains and the Ayurveda-themed pavilion of Kerala Tourism welcomed Arab travellers at the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2015, held at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

A delegation, led by Mr. P. I. Sheik Pareeth, Director, Kerala Tourism and Mr. Ali Agsar Pasha, Managing Director, Kerala Tourism Development Corporation (KTDC) represented Kerala in the four-day fair.

“Considering tourist arrivals to Kerala from the Middle-East, Saudi Arabia is the main market followed by U.A.E., Oman and Kuwait,” said Mr. A. P. Anilkumar, Minister for Tourism, Kerala.
